📻Welcome on Board, Sylvester 161DA135! A Special Debut for WBA.

Today, another talented activator has joined the WBA. It was a truly special debut, both for the stunning natural location chosen and the 60 high-quality contacts achieved—spanning 20 countries and four continents. This is a remarkable result, especially considering today’s very unpredictable propagation.

Sylvester began his journey in 1990, starting with a Midland 38 radio at a scout camp. After exploring other interests, he took a break from the radio world for a few years after 2000. Since 1995, he has been an active DXCC collector and currently holds 286 confirmed DXCCs, including approximately 230 ATs.

Sylvester is a serious and reserved operator, yet incredibly friendly—in short, the perfect fit for the VBA. Thank you for your support, Sylvester! We wish you plenty of fun and many great pile-ups!
