We meet Sergio 30DA010, a very correct and friendly radio operator, until now often present almost an every on air appointment with SBA! As for the start in 11m, I owe everything to my friend José from Mallorca ex 49SD011, he and I lived in the same street when we were little I was on CB and he was on 11m, obviously when there was each other! At that age I worked from 6 in the morning until almost 23 at night and saved to pay for it!! And I first bought a Sirio GP27 antenna and soon after I replaced it with a Sirio 827, also from José ex 49SD011. He took me to the house of the Valencia director of the group, namely 30SA013 Rafa! He gave me my first qrz with a DX group was 30SA238. Until then it was personal qrz as 30CS001. After a short time I liked the dx a lot and I started to work and confirm the DXCCs that I achieved what AT had asked me and since I knew José María, former director of Valencia 30AT027, I introduced him to his house with 100DXCCs, he reviewed them all while we had a drink in a bar and He gave me the AT number as 30AT111. I was here for a short time because I consider myself a friend of José María and he had some problems and left AT and I went out with him. In this case I went to SD with the number 30SD277, also presenting the 150dxcc that they requested in this case Manolo 30SD020, director of Valencia, came to my house and reviewed all the divisions that I think were around 98. -99. A few years later I requested to change my number to 021 and I became 30SD021! I became SD Spain coordinator for about 20 years until last year I decided to go to DA. It was then that my friend José 49SD011 returned on holiday to Valencia and gave me a beautiful gift! The antenna I have today is a directional 5 elements with long spacing!! I mounted it at home and then everything was easier to work 2 years later in the family country house I started to build a self-supporting tower 21-22 meters plus 5 meters of mast. And there insists the 5 element antenna and it is the one I use today. On my mobile i use Yaesu FT891. When I go to the countryside and test the antennas. Recently I purchased the new Yaesu ft710 ares. For the second house I have, I bought a Yaesu FTDX 10 and an ACOM 1000. And for the country house I use a Yaesu FTDX 101 D E. When I am remote I use an amplifier made in Spain that gives me about 400 W and when I use the station at home I switch to my best amplifier, an ACOM 2000A

On the subject of sacrifices, I have had to make many!! Since in all the residences where I live I have noises everywhere hehehe and for example I remember with the activation of Darren 325DA/0 it was difficult for me to go to a mountain about 40 km away for about 5 consecutive days and be more than 5 hours every day without hearing it in the first 4 days and on the 5th day I was able to hear it and work on it!!
What to say, all your activations motivate me a lot because I see the Spots in the cluster signals of 5/9+ and I always hear you 1/1 -3/1 -5/1, hehehe I always get on your frequency and I already have the thread of where I have to point the antenna to always talk to you! From my location I should point to 81º but however I can always hear you with the headphones and a lot of volume with the antenna at about 10º it’s incredible but 98% of the contacts with you have been like that.
Well, that’s what makes this contest so wonderful for me!!! It’s being super super difficult but at the same time the difficult is twice as good!!!
Why every time I get a QSO with you my satisfaction increases by 1000!
