We meet Vincenzo 1AT014, a very correct and energetic radio operator, until now ALWAYS present at every on air appointment with SBA! Vincenzo transmits from Altamura in the province of Bari, and therefore QSOs with SBA activations from division 165 are not so obvious. In fact, most of our connections occur in BackScatter with points towards the west, except in summertime, when Short Path propagation opens rarely to Puglia.
